It’s a squad that has a great balance of youth and experience led by Scott Edwards, with the likes of Max O’Dowd, Vikramjit Singh, Bas de Leede, Logan van Beek, Roelof van der Merwe, Kyle Klein and Aryan Dutt all present.
A very balanced team, with a good mix of experience, players in good form and at the start of their careers, and some players returning from injury who have been working hard and are back in good form,” added acting coach Heino Kuhn.
It adds a lot to our depth and quality in the squad and I can assure you that no matter which XI we field on the pitch it will be a formidable XI.
The Netherlands aren’t playing them lightly, as they are quality opponents, who have been in great form lately, said KuHn, who also mentioned Nepal and Namibia.
